Clean the ear before application. Select a placement on the ear using the included placement guide. Peel an ear seed from the backing and apply using the included tweezers. Press gently to adhere. Stimulate the ear seed by pressing firmly several times throughout the day. Replace every 3 to 5 days or when adhesion reduces. Do not use on broken or irritated skin. Small parts present a choking hazard. Keep out of reach of children. Not a replacement for medical treatment. Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
